- Not every interesting idea needs to become a project. Some ideas are complete the moment they change how you look at the world.
- A good question often teaches more than a good answer because it reorganizes the search before it produces the result.
- Humor and philosophy are surprisingly compatible. One lowers your defenses while the other quietly rearranges the furniture.
- The most memorable conversations tend to end with one unresolved question rather than one definitive conclusion.
- Every project eventually develops a personality. Once it does, future decisions become less about features and more about staying true to that personality.
